Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services. By placing an order or registering with Pharmacy Weight Loss Witney, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Witney is a General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registered online pharmacy operating from Witney, UK (GPhC No. 9012511). We provide online weight loss consultations and prescription services to eligible patients.

We reserve the right to decline treatment to any individual where it would be clinically inappropriate or unsafe to do so. Our prescribers exercise independent clinical judgement on every request.
All prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our GPhC-registered pharmacist prescriber or supervising clinician. Completing a consultation and making payment does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
You must provide complete and truthful information during your consultation. Providing false or misleading information may result in treatment being withdrawn and could constitute a criminal offence.
Our clinical team may request additional information, a GP letter, or refer you to your GP before a prescription is approved. We may also decline to continue treatment at any time if we have clinical concerns about your safety.
Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
If your prescription is not approved following clinical review, you will receive a full refund of the medication cost. A consultation fee, if applicable, may be non-refundable where a clinical review has been completed.
Once your prescription has been approved by the pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked service to your registered UK address.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, incorrect address details provided by you, or circumstances beyond our control. It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering.
Medications will be packaged discreetly and in accordance with safe storage requirements.
You may cancel your order before your prescription has been approved and dispatched, and you will receive a full refund of the medication cost.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription-only medicines (POMs) for safety and legal reasons, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations. This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

The information provided through our service is for clinical treatment purposes only and does not constitute a replacement for your regular NHS GP or healthcare team. We strongly encourage you to inform your GP of any medications prescribed through our service.
Weight loss medications carry potential side effects and risks. Our prescribers will assess your suitability, but you are responsible for reading all patient information leaflets supplied with your medication and reporting any concerns to us or your GP promptly.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
